Order Processing Time
- Orders take 1–3 business days to be prepared and fulfilled.
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
- Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

How Long Does It Take to Receive an Order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. Rest assured, we take full responsibility for delivering your order and will assist in resolving any shipping concerns.
Tracking Information
When will my tracking number update?
- Tracking numbers usually become active within 2–3 business days after shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).
There are no tracking updates yet. Is my order lost?
- No. Some orders ship from overseas and may take a few days to clear customs. Tracking updates will appear once the package is processed by the carrier.
