All of our personalized products are custom-made to order, based on the details you provide (such as name, phone model, material, and design style).

Because of the personalized nature of these items:

Custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect name or spelling provided by the customer

  • Wrong phone model or color selected at checkout

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Design preference differences (as long as it follows the product description)

  • Orders where engraving or production has already started

✅ When We Will Make It Right

We will gladly offer a replacement or solution if:

  • You received the wrong product (different from your order)

  • The product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects

  • There is a clear error caused by us

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
